Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
-General office duties to include answering phones, copying, faxing, filing
-Conduct music search via our music library
-Coordinate time sensitive deliveries
-Assist in compiling & distributing music compilations
-Cataloging music scores and other music elements
-CD/DVD duplication and labeling
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in accredited university/college
Must be proficient in iTunes, Word, Excel and Windows XP, must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail oriented
Familiarity with MACs
Familiarity with using digital camera, loading onto computer and working with jpeg files
Familiarity with different recorded material media, i.e. CD vs. LP vs. 45
Familiarity with music element terms, i.e. scores, songbooks, sheet music, cue sheets
Previous music industry experience preferred but not required

The hours vary by position. All PA’s must available October 27th for an orientation at which the details of the event will be covered as well as the completion of paperwork. All PA’s receive parking if applicable, and lunch on the days they work. Business casual dress is required.
